Expatriate counselling

Being an expatriate myself I understand that migrating and adjusting to a new life is a wonderful experience. But it comes with emotional difficulties that could lead to loneliness, intercultural issues, depression, anxiety and stress, self-development and career difficulties, and more.

I also provide therapy for international students as they experience the same challenges such as homesickness, isolation, loneliness, culture shock and more.

One of the main issues for international students is the language, because it affects their coursework as English is not their native language. As a result it can lead to more stress, anxiety, and depression as they have to work harder in order to pass their exams.

I used to be an international student and I know exactly what you are going through and how much it can affect you physically and mentally. I provide expatriate counselling and coaching, specialising in French culture and language.
